Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of karinanaftaly.com and any related services. Using this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any provision, please refrain from using the site.
1. Nature of the information
Content on this site is informational only. It does not replace medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. The treatments offered are paramedical aesthetic services and require a personal consultation and an in-clinic visit in Ashdod before any treatment plan is determined.
2. Not a substitute for medical care
Paramedical aesthetic treatments do not replace examination by a physician, dermatologist, or any other qualified medical professional. If you have a known medical condition, we recommend consulting your physician before beginning any aesthetic treatment.
3. Treatment results
Results vary between patients. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Before/after images reflect real cases published with signed consent but do not promise an identical outcome for any patient. In accordance with Pharmacists' Regulations (Cosmetics) 5783-2022, the site refrains from medical-style outcome claims such as 'cures,' 'treats,' 'eliminates,' or 'removes.'
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, blog articles, treatment-protocol descriptions, and design, is the exclusive property of Karina Naftaly and is protected under copyright in accordance with the Israeli Copyright Law, 5768-2007. No reproduction, redistribution, or republication is permitted without explicit written permission.
5. User submissions
Information sent via the contact form (once enabled) is used solely for personal response. Submitting a testimonial or review does not constitute automatic consent for publication on the site. Publication of any testimonial on the site requires your separate, specific, written consent, and in the case of a photograph, additional model-release consent. Minors are not treated at the clinic without legal-guardian consent and a separate in-clinic form.
6. Liability for site content
The site is provided 'as is.' We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but bear no liability for typographical errors or changes in the displayed information. Specific treatment plans are determined only after a personal consultation and assessment in the clinic. These terms apply to use of the site only. Professional liability inside the clinic is governed by law and by the individual signed consent forms used at the clinic.
7. Cooling-off right (Consumer Protection Law §32)
A client is entitled to cancel a multi-treatment package within 14 days of executing the transaction or receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Order, 5771-2010. Cancellation must be effected by written notice to the clinic's address or by email. In the case of cancellation after treatments have already begun, a prorated charge applies for the treatments actually performed, plus a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, as permitted by the order. This right applies in particular to treatment packages priced between ILS 3,800 and ILS 9,500, but also to other transactions in accordance with the law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from use of the site lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv or Beersheba, at the consumer's choice, so as not to compel residents of peripheral regions to litigate only in Tel Aviv.
9. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held by a competent court to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The relevant provision will be interpreted as narrowly as required to make it valid, or replaced with a valid provision closest to the original intent.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be published on the site with an updated version date. A material change that affects clients holding an active treatment package will be communicated directly via the contact method on file.
