Accessibility Statement
This website is built and tested for compliance with Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG 2.2 Level AA) under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations (2013). This statement is published in Hebrew, English, and Russian, and is updated on any significant change to the site or at least once every six months.
1. Conformance level
This site is built and tested for Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG 2.2 Level AA). The move to WCAG 2.2 (from 2.1) aligns the marketing site with the accessibility level implemented in the clinic's internal admin application and ensures a consistent accessibility bar for users.
2. Accessibility tools on the site (floating accessibility menu)
A floating accessibility menu is available throughout the site via a button with an accessibility icon in the screen corner. The tool is self-built (not based on a third-party overlay), as required by Israeli Standard 5568. The menu offers nine adjustments: (1) high contrast, (2) grayscale, (3) larger text (two levels), (4) bold text, (5) link highlighting, (6) stop animations, (7) wider line spacing, (8) keyboard-only navigation, (9) reset all preferences. Preferences are saved automatically in the browser's local storage.
3. Keyboard navigation
The entire site is navigable by keyboard alone. 'Skip to main content,' 'Skip to navigation,' and 'Skip to footer' links are available at the top of every page. Focus is always visible while using Tab. Navigation order follows the reading direction (RTL in Hebrew; LTR in English and Russian).
4. Assistive technologies
The site has been tested with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Every meaningful image has a text description (alt). Decorative images are marked accordingly so screen readers skip them. Forms include clear labels.
5. Areas not yet fully accessible
We operate transparently and disclose current limitations: temporary marketing photographs (placeholders) from Unsplash, in use until replaced by professional photography. Final alt text will be added after replacement. Embedded Google Map on the clinic page (if embedded) is subject to Google's accessibility level. Blog: occasional images may still lack full alt text, under active work.
6. Contact the accessibility coordinator
Karina Naftaly serves as the site's accessibility coordinator. Contact channels: Email: karina@nfo.co.il. Phone: 050-333-7953. Postal: 5 HaGdud HaIvri Street, Ashdod. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
7. Audit and updates
A self-audit of accessibility is conducted at least once every six months or after any significant change to the site (page addition, template change, material content change). The most recent audit date is listed at the top of this statement. This statement is updated accordingly.
Accessibility Coordinator: Karina Naftaly · 2026-05-26 · Version 2.0. This statement is reviewed every six months or following any material change to the site.
